Assist project managers with project coordination and execution.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project team members.
Travel to project sites throughout Georgia and the Southeast as required.
Work safely on construction sites, roofs, lifts, and other areas requiring structural evaluation.
Maintain field notes, photographs, testing records, and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution or equivalent.
EIT certification preferred, or ability to obtain EIT certification within 12 months of employment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to organize observations, analyze information, and prepare technical reports.
Willingness to perform significant hands-on field investigations, testing, and site assessments.
Ability to work in both office and outdoor construction-site environments.
Ability to routinely lift 40–50 lbs of field and testing equipment
Experience with AutoCAD LT or willingness to learn.
Familiarity with structural engineering principles and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and structural plans.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Structural Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
