JOIN NOSLER AT AN EXCITING TIME
For more than 75 years, Nosler has been building products that people trust, right here in Central Oregon. We are a family-run business grounded in Oregon, and we take pride in the people, craftsmanship, and innovation behind everything we do.
Now, we’re writing the next chapter of the Nosler story.
We’ve recently brought our Central Oregon operations together at our new, unified campus in Redmond. With two buildings and our teams working together in one location, this is an exciting new chapter for our company and the people who make it possible. Our new campus provides a modern work environment designed to support the future of Nosler, including a temperature-controlled manufacturing floor and the space, equipment, and resources to continue growing and improving the way we work.
At Nosler, we believe excellence is something we create together. We expect our employees to take ownership of their work, care about quality, treat others with respect, work safely, and look for ways to make things better. In return, we are committed to creating a workplace where people are supported, challenged, recognized, and given opportunities to grow.
We’re looking for people who take pride in what they do, work well with others, hold themselves and one another accountable, and understand that the little things matter.
If that sounds like the kind of team you want to be part of, this is a great time to join Nosler.
