A Typical Workday
You’ll work onsite in Muskego, WI, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The day often starts by reviewing new RFQs and updates that came in overnight, then shifting between email, phone, and customer portals as information comes together. You’ll spend time keeping quote files tidy and current, tracking what’s waiting on clarification or approval, and watching response dates so nothing slips. As the day progresses, you’ll coordinate with the Sales team to keep communication clear and timely, wrap up submissions, and set up the next round of follow-ups so the next morning begins organized.
