About the Role
Nokomis Energy is a Minneapolis-based renewable energy developer bringing clean, affordable, and locally produced energy to communities, businesses, and utilities across the Upper Midwest. We develop solar energy projects, managing the development lifecycle from site identification and permitting through construction and commissioning.
We're seeking a Construction & Asset Manager to oversee construction activities across our growing portfolio of projects and support the management of operating assets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to take on greater ownership and broaden their experience. As part of a small, collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to manage projects independently, work closely with company leadership, and gain exposure to multiple aspects of renewable energy development.
Our team operates using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and is guided by five core values: We Put the Team First, We Tackle Problems Head On, We Embrace Growth, We Work Hard and Have Fun, and We Adapt.
