What You'll Do
- Assist with inspections and preventive maintenance on bakery equipment and facility systems
- Perform basic repairs such as belts, filters, fixtures, and mechanical components
- Learn troubleshooting skills under experienced maintenance technicians
- Maintain tools, work areas, and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in industrial environments
