Maintenance Technician Eylria, OH Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an opportunity in Elyria, OH! This position is ideal for a hands-on problem solver who can troubleshoot equipment, maintain facility systems, and keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair machinery and equipment issues as they arise. - Maintain, diagnose, and repair building systems, including lighting, water systems, waste systems, and compressed air systems. - Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on maintenance tools and equipment. - Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of maintenance supplies and parts. - Identify potential equipment or facility issues and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime. - Follow established safety procedures while performing maintenance and repairs. - Support efficient facility operations by responding to maintenance needs in a timely manner. Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required. - Minimum of five years of maintenance experience. - Proficient in forklift operation. - Good computer skills. - Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including rates, ratios, and percentages. - Ability to use measuring devices accurately. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions. - Ability to stand and walk for an 8--10-hour shift, climb ladders, and occasionally work inside machinery.
