Nat-su Healthcare, proudly owned and operated by the Skull Valley Band of Goshutes in Tooele County, Utah, offers a unique, culturally grounded approach to health and healing. We are dedicated to serving Utah’s Medicaid population, with a strong focus on the American Indian/Alaska Native community and other underserved populations across the region.

We provide a full circle of services, including: - A comprehensive healthcare clinic - Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services - An in-residence addiction recovery facility for both men and women - A variety of outpatient behavioral health programs
