Camels Hump Middle School, located in Richmond, VT, is a middle school consisting of approximately 340 students in grades 5-8. Camels Hump Middle School is seeking a Physical Education Teacher for a long-term sub position beginning December 14, 2026 through February 19, 2027.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
-have experience using Physical Education Standards to plan and implement developmentally appropriate art lessons
-have strong planning and instructional skills at the middle school level
-value and implement inclusive and equitable teaching practices as well as use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to create a differentiated learning space
-ability to create strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues and values the importance of these relationships
-have the ability and experience to organize physical education units and lessons, systems and procedures and possess effective classroom behavior management skills to ensure a socially and emotionally safe learning environment
Applicants should be endorsed in Physical Education.
