Job Description Required Skills Experience: 8+ years
- 7 years of solid hands-on experience using React/Angular, Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice architecture, Hazelcast (Distributed Cache)
- Hands-on strong experience in Python is required
- AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration
- Hands on experience with MS SQL/RDBMS or NoSQL MongoDB, including complex SQL, Stored Proc and performance tuning
- Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation
- Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
Desired Skills
- Good understanding of financial markets, various capital market assets class with focus on Equity, Banking or Financial industry project experience
- Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency, Agentic orchestration of business process
