Compensation and Benefits
- Expected Annual Earnings: $70,000–$150,000+ (Top performers earn much more)

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Engage with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy options and cost savings
- Represent Mpower Direct at a local level and promote clean energy programs
- Use a consultative approach to guide customers through a simple and transparent enrollment process
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers and teammates
- Meet and exceed personal and team performance goals
