Your work will help build technology that helps surgeons. MPE is a contract designer, developer, and manufacturer of complex electromechanical and robotic-assisted surgical systems for the medical device market. Our systems help surgeons deliver more precise, less invasive care, from real-time 3D surgical navigation platforms to non-invasive technologies that treat tumors without surgery. Behind every one of them is an ERP that has to work. We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst to make ours work better. Why this role
- Own real improvements in a live IFS ERP environment, not a ticket queue. You’ll configure, build, integrate, and see your solutions used across the whole company.
- Work across every department, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, and finance, at a company that has grown since 1978 to multiple Wisconsin facilities.
- Do work that matters, in a regulated industry where clean data and reliable systems support patient care.
What you’ll do
- Support, configure, and troubleshoot the IFS ERP system as a go-to functional and technical resource.
- Gather requirements, map business processes, and turn them into functional specs and configured solutions.
- Build and maintain IFS workflows, interfaces, APIs, and system integrations.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytics that leaders rely on.
- Lead testing and deployment, and support change control and software validation.
- Define project scope, keep stakeholders informed, and flag risks early.
- Train users, document configurations, and improve SOPs.
- Work with IFS support partners on upgrades and enhancements.
What you bring
- 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience designing and supporting complex ERP systems. IFS experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, plus system integrations and APIs.
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills, and the ability to explain technical ideas in plain language.
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: experience with ISO 13485, FDA-regulated work, or supply chain operations.
