Perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced printing and production environment. Responsibilities include operating printing equipment, preparing materials for production, monitoring quality throughout the process, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean workspace. Assist with machine setup and troubleshooting, complete scheduled production runs, and support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies. Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with supervisors, and adapt to changing priorities as needed. Ability to lift and carry materials, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently to meet deadlines is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus, but training will be provided.
