It all started with a simple idea: to be the friendliest gym in town. To know our Members by name. To offer free towel service - even if that meant doing laundry until 2 a.m. That idea became Mountainside Fitness.
Today, with 25 locations (and growing) across Arizona, Mountainside Fitness is proud to be a leading fitness destination in the Phoenix area and beyond. We’re committed to delivering exceptional value through high-quality group fitness classes at every club, engaging childcare you can trust, state-of-the-art equipment, spotless facilities, and yes, always free towels.
Rooted in family values for more than 35 years, Mountainside Fitness offers a luxurious health club experience at an affordable price. Members enjoy multi-club access, top-tier amenities, recovery tools, and over 70 group fitness classes each week, all designed to support every stage of the fitness journey.
At Mountainside Fitness, we’re more than a gym. We’re a community built to help Arizona move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.
