This position offers a choice between day shift or night shift.
Day Shift - (Monday-Friday) 7am-3:30pm
Night Shift - (Monday-Friday) 3:30pm-12am
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and program CNC Amada press brakes for forming all types and thickness of materials
- Adjust machine settings to ensure quality and precision in production
- Monitor equipment during operation to detect malfunctions and ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished parts for conformity to specifications using measuring instruments
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Record production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous experience programming, setting up, and operating press brake machines in a manufacturing environment is a must
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety standards related to machine operation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
