Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers to support our District Wide initiatives. Volunteers will play a vital role in enhancing community engagement, assisting with various programs, and fostering a positive environment for all participants. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to give back to their community, gain valuable experience, and develop new skills while working alongside a diverse group of individuals.
Responsibilities could be any of the following
- Assist in organizing and executing community events and programs.
- Provide support to staff and participants during activities and events.
- Help with setup and breakdown of equipment and materials for events.
- Engage with community members to promote programs and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow volunteers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Uphold the values and mission of Moody ISD in all interactions.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old; younger volunteers may be accepted with parental consent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to commit time and effort to volunteer activities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
- A passion for community service and helping others.
- Previous volunteer experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must pass any required background checks.
