Job Summary: MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in our New Holland PA plant to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans, codes, and quality standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and plans.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, and site staff.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Monitor quality control to ensure all work meets design requirements and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules and resolve delays or site issues proactively.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and inspections.
- Track materials, equipment, and site logistics to maintain productivity.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project managers and clients.
- Occasional travel to job sites to inspect on-site conditions and supervise company owned scopes.
