Modern Health is a global workforce mental health platform and employee benefit for organizations.
We support HR, benefits, and people leaders responsible for complex, distributed workforces - delivering evidence-based coaching, therapy, group support, and digital programs to employees and their eligible family members through a provider network spanning 200+ countries and territories.
Our Adaptive Care Model combines clinically validated assessments with structured matching to guide each member to the right level of support - and evolve care as needs change.
Our global provider network supports 80+ languages, with an average time to first appointment of less than 24 hours globally, enabling fast access to culturally responsive care.
We regularly share insights on workforce mental health strategy, global benefits implementation, clinical outcomes, early intervention and preventive care, manager enablement, and the ROI and VOI of mental health benefits.
If you lead HR, total rewards, benefits, or people strategy and are responsible for workforce well-being at scale, Modern Health was built for you.
