Summary of Position
Helpers or General Laborers are hired for various purposes and perform various duties in all departments as needed.
Essential Duties:

- To assist all departments with general housekeeping, organizing, moving, paint preparations, etc.
- Helpers/general laborers can only work in areas where they meet the minimum experience and qualification requirements
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance and working overtime as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High School diploma or GED
Work Environment
This job operates in a factory setting. The position is regularly exposed to moving and mechanical parts.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to odors, fumes, dust or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Proper PPE will be provided.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Position will require sitting, squatting, walking and bending 8-10 hours per day. The employee must be able to lift 35lbs or more. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
