- BOL, Invoicing and Driver Payroll Reconciliation: Assist director of operations with reconciling daily BOL’s, accurate monthly invoicing, and accurate driver payroll execution.
- Customer Contract Management: Assist director of operations with company’s adherence to contractual obligations and address with management when terms and conditions are not properly executed.
- Incident Response & Corrective Action: Lead response efforts related to accidents, breakdowns, service failures, and safety incidents. Support investigations, document findings, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Documentation & Recordkeeping: Ensure accurate and timely fleet documentation, including driver qualification records, inspection records, maintenance files, training records, and compliance-related reporting.
- KPI Management & Continuous Improvement: Track and report key fleet performance indicators such as on-time delivery, safety events, CSA-related trends, equipment uptime, driver turnover, and cost performance. Use data to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
- Vendor & Service Provider Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including maintenance vendors, roadside assistance providers, and other operational partners that support fleet continuity and compliance.
Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 + years of experience in trucking, transportation, or fleet operations, including direct responsibility for drivers, equipment, dispatch, and compliance.
