To strengthen our motivated IT team in Greensboro, NC we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Adminstrator to provide comprehensive IT support and technological leadership.
Your Role
- You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, collaboration technologies, and business applications
- You will support local network infrastructure, wireless networks, firewalls, servers and telecommunications systems
- You are ambitious to lead and participate in local, regional, and global IT projects
- You will maintain endpoint lifecycle management, asset inventory, software deployment, and patch compliance
- You will manage ITSM tickets, incidents, requests, esclations, and vendor coordination
- You are committed to supporting manufacturing and operational technologies, including production systems and industrial devices
Your Profile
- You have a Bacehlor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
- You have already gained 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure support
- You have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exhange Online, Teams, and Windows technologies
- You have an understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, switching and wireless networking
