Meet the Team
Information Technology is core to the health and growth of our business. The firm's active, multi-manager business model demands flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including the development of the next generation of analytical and trading capabilities. This global team is responsible for developing a real-time trade capture system that supports the firm's executions across multiple asset classes.
What You'll Do
- Develop a real-time trade capture system that processes, normalizes and enriches the firm's trading across multiple asset classes for fixed-income and loan transaction-processing platforms such as Murex, Kinetix, WSO/Allvue, ATLAS, Sonic, and Core Data.
- Enhance front-to-back trade-lifecycle capabilities, including trade entry and booking, workflow, affirmation, confirmation, positions, cashflows, P&L, reconciliations, and downstream reporting.
- Design and deliver scalable integrations, APIs, event-driven/Kafka data flows, and data models connecting trading, operations, treasury, risk, audit, and reporting systems.
- Partner with Trading, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and external vendors to translate business and regulatory needs into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and traceable transaction data across upstream and downstream systems, including trade identifiers, account data, lifecycle events, and reporting feeds.
- Support regulatory and control-focused initiatives, including straight-through processing, trade-event traceability, and MiFID-related workflows.
- Maintain platform reliability, resilience, security, and operational readiness through upgrades, incident resolution, business-continuity planning, monitoring, and production-support processes.
