Our company culture is built around the bike - we're both consummate experts and enthusiastic evangelists, and we like to keep it all in perspective with a sense of humor too. Our environment is a place that values fresh ideas and creative thinking in addition to being fast-paced and demanding. Each of our eighteen stores dominates its local market and we're the best bike shop in America.
We're proud to have built what we believe is the best family of world-class bike shops you'll find anywhere! Our staff members will tell you that Mike’s Bikes is a great place to work.
