- Operate CNC machines (Fanuc controls) including Twin Turn, Screw Machines, Swiss, and VMC machining.
- Perform setups on Screw Machines (Acme Gridley preferred; Greenlee experience a plus).
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
- Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
- Take detailed notes and work independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Driven, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and blueprint reading.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Steel-toe, non-slip shoes, jeans, and long sleeves required.
- Eye and ear protection mandatory.
- GED not required.
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
- Must pass drug test (THC acceptable) and background check (no theft-related issues).
Pay & Benefits
- Entry-Level CNC Lathe Operators: $16–$18/hour
- Experienced Setup Technicians: $25–$30/hour (top talent earns close to $40/hour)
- Shift Premium: 10% for 2nd shift
- Temp-to-Hire: After 90 calendar days
- Boot allowance upon hire
- Overtime available and common
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- OT Schedule: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM
- Saturdays: Half day (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Sundays: Closed
