Looking for a steady, Monday–Friday schedule and an opportunity to be part of a hardworking team? Mid-Am Building Supply is hiring a dependable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our Moberly, Missouri, team!
In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking customer orders, and preparing building materials for delivery. What You'll Do
• Receive and unload incoming shipments from suppliers and customers.
• Verify incoming materials against shipping and receiving documentation.
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Load company delivery trucks and customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment following safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Keep warehouse aisles, work areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily warehouse operations.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete shipping documents and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Willingness and ability to complete forklift training and pass the required operator evaluation.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, or building materials experience is a plus.
