Commercial construction general contractor seeks entry-level estimator. Winning candidate will learn how to review drawings & specifications, work with architects & engineers, solicit & review quotes from subcontractors & material vendors, and create a project schedule. Candidate will have regular involvement from company-level management and receive guidance and instruction on how commercial pre-construction process works. Telecommuting & flex scheduling is available in this position.
Qualifications
STUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN SCHOOL ARE PREFERRED. Construction/Design/Business-Oriented major course of study at an accredited 4-year College/University is preferred.
