Job Summary Method Summit Academy is seeking an experienced and motivated softball coach to join our growing K–12 program. Each coach will play a key role in developing players, building a strong team culture, and helping establish one of the premier youth softball programs in Southern California.
The ideal candidates will have experience coaching at the high school, club, or collegiate level, with a passion for mentorship and a strong understanding of player development. Coaches will work closely with the Baseball/Softball Coordinator to enhance the student-athlete experience and help grow community awareness of the program through positive engagement with families, local clubs, and youth softball organizations.
