GILEAD, NC TEAM COACH: CUTTING DEPARTMENT TEAM COACH ** ** ## BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION The Cutting Team Member may perform any, or a combination of the following jobs as needed in the Cutting Department: inspect and issue leather, cut upper leather, inspect cut parts, mark cut parts, skive cut parts, split cut parts, branding, cement vamp lining, attach labels. Coaching, training, and disciplining for this position are provided and coordinated by the Cutting Department Team Coach. JOB OBJECTIVE To efficiently perform the assigned production task in accordance with the quality and quantity standards as established by the Company. To work as a team member to produce a sufficient quantity of acceptable first quality boots so as to contribute to the overall profitability of the Company and to provide the highest earnings possible for the employee. Obtain rack or components and position at work station. 2. Complete the assigned procedure to each piece. 3. Preform the assigned Cutting Department job in accordance with guidelines, instruction, and specifications. 4. Check quality of work before sending to the next work station. 5. Specific operation may change throughout the day, or assignment may change without notice. 6. Work all normal scheduled hours and any additional hours as required. OTHER DUTIES 1.
