Job Opening Position: Swing Shift Supervisor Location: Olds Station Shift: Swing
Qualifications:
· Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality · Ability to work up to 7 days per week and up to 12 hours per day during peak times · Supervise packing operations; responsible for the direction of employees including: Packers, sorters, suppliers, forklift operators, stamper operator, floor assistants, and general employees on the packing line. · Monitor fruit flow to maximize production while keeping grade within standards. · Must be able to follow and enforce Food Safety/ Safety policies, and Company policies. · Maintain a clean and safe work environment through communication with employees. · Candidate must comply with company policies and safety guidelines including using the following PPE’s where appropriate. Safety glasses, face shield, bump cap, gloves, safety reflective vest. · Must be able to read and write in English, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel. Computer skills- Outlook, Excel, and Word. · Ability to work well with others; able to communicate with all employee levels within the company; good communication skills and professional work ethics · Must be able to turn in required reports daily; responsible for monitoring attendance and doing employees’ time daily. · Will be in charge of orientation, and hiring of new employees for your shift. · Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure. · Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus. · Salary range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE.
