Mather is on a unique mission to change the way society views aging. Founded in 1941, we actively create Ways to Age Well through award-winning senior living residences, inspiring programs that keep people connected, and a research institute dedicated to identifying the latest innovations and sharing information and trends related to aging well. An incredible 92% of Mather team members say they feel like they are making a difference at work, and there’s a good reason why - because they ARE. Our diverse team of 600+ life-changers across hospitality, health care, culinary, wellness, and more are making the journey of aging more rewarding by turning ordinary moments into extraordinary ones for a generation of older adults. Together, these team members make our residences exceptional places to live, raising the bar and setting a whole new standard for what senior living can and should be.
