MASIS Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates for a night-shift opportunity with an established food manufacturing and distribution company in the Webster, MA area. Candidates will assist with daily warehouse operations, product handling, order preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: \~Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials within the warehouse. \~Pick, pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment. \~Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory. \~Inspect products and packaging for accuracy, quality, and damage. \~Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. \~Follow all company safety procedures, food safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures. \~Meet productivity, accuracy, and attendance expectations. \~Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: \~Ability to work the scheduled night shift reliably. \~Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. \~Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position. \~Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. \~Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team. \~Previous warehouse, production, or food manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Work Schedule and Overtime: Regular schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Guaranteed pay: Employees will be paid for 8 hours of work when they complete their assigned duties early, subject to applicable pay policies. Extended shifts: Employees must be prepared to remain at work beyond 2:30 a.m. when necessary to complete assigned work. Overtime: Hours worked over 40 in a workweek will be paid at the applicable overtime rate, in accordance with federal and Massachusetts law.
