- Drive revenue growth, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and profitability.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance management.
- Understand the operational drivers behind financial results and take action when performance is off plan.
- Manage labor, expenses, pricing, productivity, and other key profitability drivers.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, market share, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Operational Excellence
- Provide leadership across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations.
- Establish and monitor meaningful KPIs across service, sales, installation, customer experience, and operational functions.
- Use data to identify performance gaps and create clear, measurable action plans.
- Drive technician productivity, capacity utilization, conversion, average ticket, lead turnover, and other key home-services performance metrics.
- Ensure effective execution across dispatch, call center operations, field service, installation, warehouse, fleet, facilities, and logistics.
- Continuously evaluate processes and remove barriers that impact employees, customers, or profitability.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and managers.
- Establish clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for results.
- Build a strong leadership bench and develop future leaders from within the organization.

- Identify opportunities to expand market share and strengthen the company's position throughout the Austin market.
- Partner with Marketing to drive demand, evaluate lead performance, and maximize return on marketing investments.
- Evaluate capacity, staffing, fleet, facilities, and operational infrastructure against future growth needs.
- Translate regional and organizational strategy into actionable plans for the local business.
Customer Experience
- Ensure the organization consistently delivers an exceptional homeowner experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, reviews, callbacks, cancellations, and other indicators of service quality.
