- Check patients in and out, process payments, and keep records up to date
- Prepare vaccine records, lab submissions, and health certificates
- Keep clients informed and connected with our doctors and technicians
- Help keep our reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Build lasting relationships with the pet parents who trust us with their furry family members
What We're Looking For
- Genuine compassion for animals and the people who care for them
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with computers and willing to learn our practice management software
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-minded
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Veterinary or medical office experience a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person!
The Details
- Fast-paced hospital environment with plenty of animal (and people) interaction
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods
- Hourly position with overtime eligibility
Why Maple Tree?
You'll join a supportive, team-oriented practice that genuinely cares about its patients, clients, and staff. Every day you'll go home knowing you helped pets and the people who love them.
