Pay Range: Up to $150,000

Our client, an innovative leader in the technology industry, is seeking a R&D Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a R&D Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Research & Development & Operations departments supporting cutting-edge projects and collaborating with talented professionals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a passion for technological advancement, which will align successfully within the organization.
What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and optimize innovative software solutions for research projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research concepts into functional prototypes
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of new software tools and algorithms
- Document technical specifications and contribute to project reports
- Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in research and development environments
- Strong programming skills in relevant languages such as Python, C++, or Java
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
