Our client in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Baker to join their team in Blaine, WA. As a Baking Crew Member, you will be part of the production team supporting cheesecake and bakery operations. The ideal candidate will bring a team-first attitude, strong communication, and a dependable, can-do mindset that aligns with the fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
Job Title: Baking Crew
Location: Blaine, WA
Pay Range: $18.50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Help produce high-quality cheesecake and bakery products in a clean, fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Work alongside a supportive team to meet production goals while following food safety standards.
- Perform repetitive tasks and remain standing for extended periods to keep production moving.
- Ensure products meet defined quality and food safety requirements.
- Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills and support different production needs.

- Excellent hand and finger dexterity to meet production speed requirements.
