As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Sterrett, AL Pay Range: $16.00/hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM What's the Job?
- Loading and unloading wood products weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ensuring the quality and safety of products during handling
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Following safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assisting team members to meet production goals efficiently What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled and dusty environments
- Comfortable with physical tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude What's in it for me?
