Our client, a fast-paced distribution environment, is seeking a Picker Packer to join their team. As a Picker Packer, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting order fulfillment through picking, staging, scanning, and movement of inventory. The ideal candidate will have order picking experience, a strong focus on inventory accuracy, and the drive to meet productivity expectations which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Picker Packer Location: St George, UT Pay Range: $19.40/hr Starting | $19.90/hr After 90 Days Shift : Day Shift | Candidates should be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed. - Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists and required warehouse processes.
- Stage and prepare inventory for next steps in the fulfillment workflow.
- Scan items using an RF scanner to support inventory accuracy and traceability.
- Move inventory safely within the distribution center to keep product flowing.
- Work toward daily productivity goals in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. What's Needed?
- Order picking experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- RF scanner experience and comfort following scanning/accuracy procedures.
- Experience with pick/pack or fulfillment processes, including inventory accuracy practices.
- Comfort working at height and working against productivity standards.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
