What's the Job?
- Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Perform basic mechanical assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Inspect assembled parts for defects and verify work meets established standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support production goals by completing assigned tasks within established timelines. What's Needed?
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly procedures.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure correct assembly and quality checks.
- Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes and tools.
