- Train fire departments, EMS teams, and rescue crews on how to properly use critical equipment
- Customize demos to real-world scenarios - not canned presentations
- Act as the go-to expert - answering questions, solving problems, and building confidence in the gear
- Support the sales team by helping turn demos into real deals and long-term partnerships
- Travel to departments, training grounds, and customer sites - this is a field-first role

- Willingness to travel - this role is built for someone who likes being on the move
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Becoming an expert in rescue and personal safety equipment
- Delivering high-impact training and demonstrations that drive conversions
- Supporting pricing, proposals, and customer conversations alongside sales
- Providing post-sale training to ensure customers are fully equipped and confident
- Gathering feedback from the field and helping improve products and processes
- Managing your schedule, travel, and key account activity
The Kind of Person Who Wins Here
- You don’t want a routine - you want purpose and movement
- You take pride in knowing your work actually matters
- You can switch from technical detail to real-world application without missing a beat
