At MacAllister Machinery, we are driven by excellence, innovation, and a passion for growth. Join a team that’s shaping the future of the heavy equipment industry, where your career is just the beginning!
Established in 1945, privately owned by the MacAllister family, who is preparing our fourth generation of leadership! We are a leading Caterpillar dealer as well as over 50 other leading equipment brands like Blue Bird®, Kubota®, Exmark®, JLG®, Milwaukee®, Honda®, Stihl®, Weiler® and many more! MacAllister is headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, and our Michigan headquarters is in Novi, MI.
The acquisition of our neighboring Michigan CAT dealer in 2011 marked a significant milestone in MacAllister's journey. Michigan CAT, founded in 1944 as Michigan Tractor and Machinery Co., had a long successful history of leadership and growth. The combined resources and best practices of both organizations enhanced customer service across Indiana and Michigan, creating a stronger, more versatile company.
The first MacAllister Rental location opened in August of 1999 as part of the MacAllister Family of Companies (MFC) on the west side of Indianapolis. We opened our first Michigan rental store in 2012. In 2013, MacAllister purchased Titan Equipment in Michigan and acquired 5 more rental locations. MacAllister Rentals has grown to over 25 locations across Indiana & Michigan!
We believe in hiring the very best and are committed to maintaining our core values. The MacAllister Family of Companies offers a broad range of employment opportunities for people interested in mechanical and business careers.
