IS THIS THE JOB FOR YOU?
The field of Speech-Language Pathology is highly competitive and the best and brightest have their choice of job opportunities, but not all positions are the right fit for all candidates. If you want to spend your days working 9 to 5 while being cooped up in a clinic or hospital, then M Street Pediatric Therapy is not the job for you. If you desire flexibility, individualized mentoring and working with children in their local settings, M Street may be the company that you’ve been seeking. Unlike many other pediatric therapy companies, M Street offers opportunities for growth beyond day-to-day treatments. If you have aspirations of being part of an innovative team, developing programs, collaborating with community groups or simply managing your own time and caseload, then this is your opportunity. If you want to be treated like a professional and have the ability to make an immediate impact in the lives of children and families, then M Street is the perfect fit.
WHY JOIN M STREET?
At M Street, we invest in you. We are not only dedicated to the children and families we serve, but also to our team of therapists that work with them. We know that our success as a pediatric therapy provider is a collaborative effort, and therefore, we strive to provide constant opportunities for our employees to learn, grow, thrive, and make an impact. We want you to view your time with M Street as an investment in yourself that will continue to pay dividends well into the future. M Street offers highly competitive compensation based upon level of experience and is looking for strong leaders to become integrative members of our passionate team.
