What Our Sales Reps Do
Our Independent and Statutory Sales Representatives play a vital role in growing our business by:
• Calling on convenience stores, grocery stores, and travel centers to open new accounts and grow existing ones
• Merchandising product lines and recommending new solutions to increase store profitability
• Developing local relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and expanding Lynco’s brand presence
• Maintaining a consistent service schedule while actively pursuing new opportunities in the territory
• Partnering with internal teams and regional sales management to meet performance goals and support long-term customer success
Compensation Models
• 1099 Independent Contractor: Commission-based structure with strong earning potential, flexibility, and access to established accounts
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for driven, organized, self-starting professionals with:
• A hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial drive
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• The ability to manage a territory independently while delivering consistent results
• Comfort with physical merchandising (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs) and regional travel
• Familiarity with using technology for reporting, communication, and inventory management
