Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Unload shipping containers safely and efficiently. 2. Pick and pack Target and Walmart merchandise according to customer orders. 3. Sort, organize, and place merchandise in designated warehouse locations. 4. Verify products, quantities, and the condition of incoming merchandise. 5. Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring products are properly labeled. 6. Move boxes and merchandise throughout the warehouse while following safety procedures. 7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. 8. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. 9. Work as part of a team to ensure Target and Walmart orders are processed and shipped on time. 10. Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
