Are you an accomplished apartment leasing professional who understands that luxury leasing requires more than simply showing apartment homes?
At LUMA Residential, we're seeking a confident, experienced, and highly professional Luxury Leasing Consultant to represent The Bowen on Henderson, an upscale apartment community in Dallas' desirable Henderson Avenue neighborhood.
This opportunity is designed for someone who takes pride in delivering a sophisticated, personalized leasing experience, understands the expectations of luxury clientele, and consistently demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and strong sales performance.
This is not an entry-level leasing position. Previous onsite apartment leasing experience is required.
We're looking for someone who can confidently represent a luxury community from day one.
What You'll Do
Deliver a Luxury Leasing Experience
As one of the first points of contact for prospective residents, you'll set the standard for the entire customer experience.
• Provide personalized, high-touch leasing consultations tailored to each prospect's needs and lifestyle
• Conduct engaging, professional tours highlighting the community's apartment homes, amenities, and lifestyle
• Demonstrate exceptional communication, hospitality, and attention to detail
• Present pricing, availability, and leasing options with confidence and accuracy
• Create memorable first impressions through attentive service and thoughtful follow-through
• Maintain a professional, polished presentation consistent with the community's luxury brand
Drive Results Through Proven Leasing Expertise
We're looking for someone who understands the complete leasing process and knows how to turn interest into signed leases.
• Demonstrate strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Consistently follow up with prospective residents through phone, email, text, and CRM systems
• Confidently address objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, applications, and prospect communications
• Work toward established occupancy, leasing, and conversion goals
• Maintain current knowledge of the surrounding luxury apartment market and competing communities
Provide Exceptional Resident Service
Luxury living is defined by the experience residents receive every day.
• Deliver attentive, responsive, and solution-oriented customer service
• Communicate with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy
• Build lasting relationships with residents and prospective residents
• Handle questions and concerns with sound judgment and strong follow-through
• Support resident retention, renewals, and community engagement initiatives
• Consistently look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create raving fans
Represent the Community with Excellence
• Maintain a professional appearance and presentation consistent with established workplace standards
• Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths reflect luxury community standards
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team
• Support community marketing, outreach, and resident events
• Take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to a culture of accountability and pride
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an established leasing professional who understands the expectations of working in a luxury multifamily environment.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience
• Demonstrated success in apartment leasing, sales, and closing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong prospect follow-up and relationship-building abilities
• Proven commitment to delivering elevated customer service
• Professional presentation and ability to represent a luxury residential brand
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence interacting with prospective residents and addressing their needs
• Experience using property management software and leasing CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work Saturdays as required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with active automobile liability insurance
Highly Preferred Qualifications
• Previous luxury apartment leasing experience
• Experience delivering high-touch or concierge-style customer service
• Experience with Yardi property management software
• Experience with EliseAI or similar AI-powered leasing technology
• Demonstrated success meeting leasing and conversion goals
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
