About Logic Integration
Logic Integration, LLC is a Lone Tree, Colorado audiovisual and automation firm that designs, engineers, installs, programs, and services technology systems for luxury residential and commercial clients. We complete roughly 200 projects a year, split about evenly between residential and commercial, with in-house sales, design, engineering, programming, installation, and a dedicated service team. We hold upper-tier dealer status with Crestron, Lutron, and Snap One, and our work has been recognized with CEDIA, CTA, and CE Pro honors.
We are known for excellent customer service and fast response. We are growing, and we have some very exciting plans for 2027.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced residential AV sales professional and systems designer who knows the industry and can sell high-end, engineered systems. You will work with homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors, and you will take calls and inquiries from new prospects. You will meet clients in our Technology Showroom or at their homes, design small to large automation systems, build proposals in iPoint, and bring customers back to the showroom to finalize the deal. A design, engineering, installation, and service team stands behind what you sell.
Responsibilities
- Sell residential systems within your assigned market, meeting and exceeding sales goals measured on signed contracts
- Identify and develop new builder, designer, architect, and homeowner relationships through networking and active lead generation
- Follow up on inbound leads and referrals promptly
- Meet clients at their homes and in the showroom to gather requirements and scope the system
- Coordinate with the design and engineering team to produce accurate proposals and statements of work
- Present proposals, answer technical and pricing questions, and prepare final contracts for signature
- Hand off signed projects to the project management team with complete scope, notes, and client expectations
- Stay involved through installation and commissioning, and follow up after completion
- Identify service and Logic Care opportunities on every project and with existing clients
- Generate referrals and maintain long-term client relationships
- Keep all opportunities, activity, and notes current in the CRM
- Work with the sales and marketing team on strategic plans and goals
- Represent the company with a professional demeanor and appearance
Job Expectations
- Build your own pipeline. Part of the role is developing new accounts, not only working leads we hand you.
- Respond to inquiries quickly and keep proposals moving. Initial budget proposals are typically turned around within 5 to 10 business days, depending on size and scope.
- Scope accurately. Proposals should reflect what the project actually requires, with assumptions and exclusions clearly stated.
- Keep the CRM and iPoint current so project history, pricing, and client communication are never in your head only.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and one-on-one reviews, and be accountable to the goals you agree to.
- Attend builder, designer, and industry events, and represent Logic Integration professionally.
- Be flexible with your schedule to meet customer appointments, including Saturdays as needed.
- Stay current on products and manufacturer training. Paid training is available.
