Lochridge-Priest has been serving Texas businesses since 1963. What started as a family-owned company in Central Texas has grown into one of the region’s largest family-owned providers of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions.
We work alongside general contractors, developers, facility managers, and business owners who can’t afford downtime, delays, or poorly coordinated systems. From complex commercial construction projects to ongoing facility support, our team plans, builds, and manages HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems that keep businesses running.
With offices in Waco, Temple, Corsicana, and Fort Worth and more than 430 employees, our growth has always been built on long-term relationships, skilled craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing the job right.
LPC Services, a Lochridge-Priest company, extends that same legacy into commercial service, helping facilities stay operational through responsive HVAC, electrical, and plumbing support across Texas.
