The ideal candidate will need supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the individual intake process and caseload allocation across Rhode Island.
Supervise and support service coordinators, ensuring quality care and support for individuals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and Rhode Island community partners.
Ensure full compliance with Rhode Island state regulations and federal standards.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

The satisfaction of making a real difference in your community!

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Do you have 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams in program operations, compliance, or service coordination within the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community or a related healthcare setting?
Valid state-issued driver’s license, active vehicle registration, and current vehicle insurance declaration.
Must pass comprehensive background checks per Rhode Island state and company regulations/policies.
