Job Duties
Perform MIG welding and assembly of snow removal equipment, including snowplows and related components. Read and follow fabrication drawings, fit and position parts, and weld components according to specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to complete assembly work. Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Minimum Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Relevant welding training or work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Minimum Experience Required
Previous MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred. Must be able to read basic fabrication drawings, use measuring tools, and produce quality welds. Experience assembling heavy equipment or fabricated steel components is a plus.

Additional Compensation
Annual employer profit-sharing contribution equal to 6% of eligible compensation, with no employee contribution required.
