- Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with routine maintenance and express service needs.
- Explain recommended maintenance and service options.
- Create repair orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and estimated completion times.
- Coordinate with technicians to guarantee a smooth service experience.
- Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
- Support service lane operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
What You'll Bring
- 1 year of previous customer service experience.
- Prior automotive dealership experience is desired.
- Familiarity using CDK Drive or similar dealership management software.
- Provide a respectful experience for customers and communicate information clearly with customers and teammates.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining organization and productivity throughout the day.
- Represent the dealership in a customer-focused manner while providing high-quality service.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total Rewards
The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
