Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (+$1.50/hour)
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (+$3.00/hour)
- 223C Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM (rotating schedule; applicable shift differential)

As a Mixer (also known as a Blender or Batch Operator), you'll play an important role in bringing our recipes to life. You'll operate mixing equipment, prepare ingredients, and use automated systems to create consistent, high-quality products. If you're dependable, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
• Prepare and mix ingredients according to detailed recipes and production specifications.
• Operate industrial blenders, mixing equipment, pumps, and automated batch systems (we'll train you!).
• Measure, weigh, and load ingredients accurately to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform equipment changeovers and washouts while following strict food safety and allergen procedures.
• Use scanners and inventory systems to track ingredients and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate any quality or food safety concerns.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and ready for the next production run.
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep production running safely and efficiently.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing or production experience. Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Ability to learn and operate computer-based production and automation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following recipes and procedures.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 55 lbs.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as production needs require.
