Lined Out Flooring is a growing flooring company based in Fenton, Michigan. We provide tools and on-the-job training. Construction experience, familiarity with power tools, or the ability to read a tape measure is helpful but not required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Remove existing flooring and prepare rooms for installation • Carry, load, unload, and organize flooring materials • Assist installers with subfloor preparation, flooring, trim, and transitions • Operate tools and equipment after receiving proper training • Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized • Protect customers' homes and belongings • Follow instructions and help the crew wherever needed
